Any dog is able to turn nasty at the hand of the wrong owner and the wrong owners are the ones who do not class these dogs as their best friends they see them as a weapon, so look at it from that perspective, our government need to put things in place so that future owners are screened for the reasons they want the dog however future owners who wish to use their dogs as weapons will not own up to that however it is the government responsibility to figure out what is needed for that kind of screen, shame on you government, it’s disgraceful! I am absolutely fuming with this statement!

My family rescued him when he was 6 months old. He was severely starved and was used as a bait dog. He has deep scars all over his body and head to strangers he looks vicious from his scars, but he is the most gentile loving dog. He loves anyone who shows him affection as he had non before we rescued him. Even though he had a bad upbringing from being a puppy it just goes to show that they all do have a good side. He loves my family and we love him.

As for children with dogs, many young children want to Stoke my dog but I won't let them because they go straight for the face of dogs and it scares them and another popular spot children want to stroke is their ears and I have seen many children to cats and dogs pull at their ears or tails and blow in their faces. How can they expect to not have the dog give a reaction. I say ban the children not the dogs, until children learn how to behave and respect animals they should not be aloud near animals!.
