They do not hesistate to walk up driveways if recyclables are stored next to the house. We call the police, but the situation does not improve. I avoid the Bancroft Safeway because of the recycling center. There are plenty of opportunities in San Leandro to recycle without having to position a recycle center in the middle of a residential neighborhood.

I do not associate the smell of stale beer and decay, with a place to purchase food for my family. I do not want my recycling to be taken from my bins any longer and cashed in at this location. That is what is happening now. I cannot imagine living with the noise
