Blackfield Lane has not been built to take through traffic and is not suitable for traffic flow to take visitors , staff and delivery vans to from any proposed care home, or any other development. Should the residents of the local streets decide to leave their cars parked in the road it is doubtful whether delivery vehicles and emergency services could reach the proposed site.

o Proposed development will diminish neighbourhood.
o Traffic density will increase markedly
o Development would have access through The Avenue, already congested due to school and Church; the junction at the end remains dangerous.
o Walking residents at care home would have unacceptable distance to walk to local facilities
