Yes I did, but the kids weren't home when I did it. My Mom was approved in the next county over and they would not let her have this child. DHS said she will remain in foster care until she is 18 and that I can see her all IU want then. She is 8 years old.

My neighbors kid was found during a bust at a meth lab. Taken by CPS. I watched as the man backed the worker into a corner, acting like he was hitting on her and was going to kiss her, then threatened and scared the CPS worker, and the case was dropped. He and the mom were meth heads. Kids still with parents. Dad back in the pen. Mom with mult. "bf's". Still on meth. No CPS. I watch as CPS workers still drug test other neighbors routinely from "anonymous complaints", and this couple doesn't touch drugs or alcohol. They do everything they are asked. They don't threaten them and they are afraid of them. CPS has taken their kids out of their house more than once, and once demanded the dad pack up and move out(he did). The years drag on. CPS workers have tried to talk them into "giving up" their small kids for adoption to people who can "afford them". I suppose that if you want CPS to leave you alone, threaten them. Another case, CPS couldn't investigate kids kept in a field due to "no way to find property due to no physical address". Never mind that it was at the corner of two county roads and 500 yards behind a church.

It turned around and cps made my children dependants of the state due to his domestic violence. I understand that domestic violence in the home is not healthy for children and so we followed the restraining order only to have them remove my children 8 months later with the excuse that he may have come to my home - a claim they had no evidence to support. Now, despite jumping through every hoop - walking for hours to counseling and dv groups in 115 degree heat - only to have the social worker put that I showed up with a messy appearance to my appointments - and after being told to leave my home of 7 years cause after the kids were removed my ex shows up making a scene and while he never was invited nor set foot in my home he was arrested twice and my home was no longer "safe" and the kids would not be returned. When I got the report with her recommendation - they are trying to remove my rights and keep my 15 and 13 year old in the system and give my baby girl (2) up for adoption.

I still can't believe this is happening..but it looks like it will. They need to be stopped.
