There were times when we couldn't get to our car or out of the car because of this dog! It's clearly not the dogs fault, the owner has been sited and warned many times, police have been called multiple times as well as animal control!

I was too afraid. Have seen this dog viciously chase a guy all the way up the road and on multiple occasions I have seen this dog attempting to attack other dogs trying to get away drop him in the neighborhood. If it were a pitbull the city of Jamestown would have been all over it with the first call. It does not matter the breed of the dog it matters how it is treated at home which can make a dog vicious no matter the breed.
