In 2006, Rendell changed all that and I was forced onto megan's law. I feel as though I was being punished again, after completing all terms of my sentencing (4 years of probation and $500 restitution to an association such as NOVA) and the megan's law board deemed me not a threat to society. Now, with SORNA, I went from 10 year registry to a lifetime registry. When is enough, enough? My family is now suffering for my mistakes as a young adult (19 years of age) and it is near next to impossible for me to aquire work that pays more and renting a home has become more tiedeous. If I'm such a threat to society under these unfair laws, why am I allowed to raise 3 children?

The Nazi's tried this in the 1930's. It didn't workout. The registry has no practical function in a free society other then to diminish the self worth of those listed. A right to privacy is a Constitutional Right garenteed to all citizens. Megan's Law represents a substantial step backwards in the evolution of equality and Civil rights in the United States.

It is not fair nor right to have him placed in the same category as a pedofile or rapist and it is ruining his life
