No matter what people think, before the ban most pub owners did not volunteer for a smokefree, so therefore the government was right to get involved with the ban.

For a non-smokers it is not worth them risking their own health just for the sake of a cheque. For the smokers they've done enough damage to other people and they shouldn't have that right to do so.
