My child is in Kindergarten and the area located around the classroom,bathrooms and water fountains, is gated for security as well as safety . The teachers and children have to interupt the hectic and busy schedule to escort the child / children to drink water . Water is not only a necessity , this also creates a safety and health isue during rainy or very hot days .
