The system is not set up to rehabilitate. In fact, there are more gang activity, lack of education, and cruelty to children in the system than anything. I never imagined my son would be a victim of this system until 30 days ago. The Juvenile System placed my son in a rydc the Judge says, because he was suspended from school 10 days. His ten days are over and been over for 21 days now and he is still in there. Please help!
