It should not be sold to the highest bidder, or the richest buyer. It should be preserved and opened to the public. There are millions of people who dream of someday visiting Neverland Ranch and will pay to see it. This would also be very good for the state of Calofornia, as it is currently in a state of financial crisis. The tourists would need maintenance, hotels, and resteraunts. This opens up more job for California's unemployed, bringing the economy up. It is absurd, all things considered, to just sell Neverland to whomever will shell out the most money for it. There is history and a legacy connected to those rolling hills and that abundancy of sycamore trees. Neverland Ranch is the equivalent of the Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci or A Starry Night Sky by Vincent Van Gogh, so please consider keeping it as a museum for the people of the world to experience.
