As a teenager, one of my fondest memories was coming up to Barnes and Noble and hanging out in the Peace Plaza. The Peace Fountain is part of Rochester's history. While we all can appreciate the many visitors that come to Rochester for treatment at the Mayo Clinic, there are also citizens who were born and raised in Rochester and have made this community their home.
