I considered the Streatham Guardian the best free newspaper in Streatham. Its problem seems to me to be a lack of distribution points( a few estate agents and the PCT in Gracefield Gardens SW16 and delivered along the High Rd). At one stage it was regularly delivered to our street, Fernwood Ave. I used to advise when it was not delivered,but gave up eventually. ( a lack of reliable distributors??)
I get it online now.

Streatham is a defined area of South London with a diverse and growing population. It needs a good local paper to reflect and build the community. It's website was the only one run by a local paper which delivered up-to-date reports of the local riots last year
