Does sutherland shire council really think this location is ideal in the best interest of the local people and emergency services ,kids are allways playing in this proposed area, there is obviously better locations to create a stronger signal for phone reception . Most towns water towers are the the highest point and ours is know where near houses or sporting feilds ,let the telcos spend some of the money rather than look for a quickcheap 1/2 fix.

I would like the possibilities of the water tower and the trig point in the park re-examined because these would be away from people and cover the RNP black spots better. I think a park siting is acceptable because by improving park communications safety would be improved. Currently there are areas from which an accident cannot be reported. Alternative sites need careful re-examination because interested parties might fudge the results. The terrain might require two towers anyway for full coverage and the effect of that possibility has not been properly considered. Attention to our communications problems is greatly appreciated. Please fix our broadband links too as soon as possible - they are too slow.
