I live in a village and they WERE one of the few providers that I could get a signal with.  Until the last 12 months or so.  I experience frequent call drop outs, lost network, text messages arriving 24 hours later, no internet when 3G is showing as full, inability to send picture messages.  I&#039;ve been making complaints for the last couple of months and they&#039;ve done nothing but fob me off and refuse to release me from my contract.  I am now starting formal complaints procedure.  Customer service is a disgrace, and they out and out lie to you, promising to return your call, claiming that if a call contects then they are fulfilling their contractual obligations - not if the call quality is poor you&#039;re not.  I&#039;m done, I will never EVER use this company again.  TWO HOURS they kept fobbing me off for today.  TWO HOURS!  You are scum EE.</p>]]></description>

I was also overcharged for a service (that should have been free anyway with my rewards) but at least they refunded that. It&#039;s getting beyond a joke. I&#039;m sick of the false promises and blatant fraud. This is the last thing I want to deal with while I have university exams to study for as well. Topped it up again, it didn&#039;t go through.  1st one came out of bank on Tuesday, 2nd one came out of bank on Wednesday.  Called customer service.  Told they were going to &#039;escalate&#039; my query and I should have credit on my phone in 5 to 6 days?!  Asked for an email address where I could take this further, and was sent a reply saying they couldn&#039;t deal with my request as they were &#039;improving&#039; their email services!  This really is not good customer service at all.  Being without my phone for just about a week!</p>]]></description>
