This is not a residential area. We choose to live in a area similar to a country lifestyle and should be able to operate our businesses with respect to our neighbours and friends. We live behind a air base which operates on a 24 hr time frame. Future plans are to develop another major trucking route coexisting with GT Northern Hwy. This is another revenue rasing tactic from the council attacking the middle working class.

This is clearly only a revenue raising exercise for the City of Swan, but as a semi-rural district, Bullsbrook residents are likely to be the most adversely affected. This Amendment will hinder effective development of this area.
