A member of our extended family has just died, most likely affected by the battle to save his home in Dolores, Alicante. They employed a house agent, used a lawyer, etc.but still fell foul and he and his wife were, and still are, under threat of the demolishing order to go ahead and they have been challenged to take the Mayor to court. He has disregarded the finding of the Ombudsman for the region. Now the husband has died and the widow is left in shock but determined to fight on.

We have been trying for some time now and we have many MPs in the European Parliment fighting on our behalf.Mainly Marta Andreasen.They all agree that we are losing our Human Rights,And the Spanish Law must be looked into.We bought our Property.Not knowing the Scam going on in Spain.With Honesty we trusted our Spanish Solicitor.And Notary who we Paid.And the Land Registry.And the Crevillente Council.Who have all let us down.

All we are asking for is a right to water and to legalise our houses. We bought correctly, used solictors, used notarys and belived our houses were legal. The corruption in Spain is unbelievable. My 30 year old house has now been without water for six months. Although all bills have been paid and I am self-employed in Spain no-one can help me. Who gains from this situation? We are all paying suma bills on our properties. I have many spanish friend who cannot believe what is happening in Spain!

The Abuse of Human Rights as i see it in Spain.Is effecting a Million or more people who did not know about the Scam which the European MEPs call it.Was going on.The Spanish Lawyers not only are they selling Illagally Built Homes.To Old Age Pensioners in the EU. But by doing so are taking away there right to own a legal home in spain.And with it, there right to have Fresh Mains Water in there Homes.These Human Rights are there for every one in Europe not to be abuse by Spanish Lawyers
