Pretty much telling the customer anything it takes to ensure they use there repair shop I even had my consumer tell me that they said if they use my shop there wouldn't be any warrenty they couldn't have a rental until there adjuster had look at the vehicle even if there not at faught florida is getting to be the worse the insurance company or telling us how to do or jobs and what they allow us to do even if I strongly disagree with there methods cutting every aspect to keep cost low as possible .

Consumers need protection from self-serving insurance companies. Consumers should not be manipulated into taking their vehicles to repair shops that cut corners at the consumer's expense to save insurance companies money! DRP agreements do just that.
