It has been 5 years since I last heard, seen, or spoken to my children at the time were 6 and 7 years old.

Evidence of child porn were presented to the Judge who was allowed a fraud application under The Hague Convention on International Child Abduction knowing full well that by violated due process law, having no proof I was notified, or legally represented by counsel, or that I was in the States visiting my parents for 2 weeks and third time I traveled to RI during my separation. The divorce and custody was still pending in Germany. Judge Smith even granted orders prior to me finding legal counsel that ordered me to hand over my children’s passports 2 days prior to flying back to the US.

If there are details that dont match from both accounts, lie detectors should be used. I am going through a complaint proceedure but still even after everything i have endured i know and understand cafcass have a responsiblity to take the distressed word as gospel and if it was the accurate truth 100% of the time, cafcass would get every decision right, of that i am certain. This understanding does not mean "all is forgiven, no need to complain" however, so dont give up if your being mistreated in case matters.
