No one is giving this embryo the right to decide whether its cells should be used in research or not. I don't believe the mother or father has the right to decide this for that child. Once that embryo has been removed from it's mother's womb, it is being classed as an animal (we can use it for our own purposes). This individual should be treated after death in the same manner that we do for adult humans. I think that if we are trying to stay ahead of another country by doing embryonic stem cell research we are doing the wrong thing. We should ban this form of research and see what happens to that country that does this sort of thing.
