i moved here in june and have seen these young youths race down and up the road while small children even my own are playing in the street. I can truely say that somethink will happen like a death to a small child if nothing is done about this.I am amazed that the police do not look at this as a prioty matter.when will it become proity when a child is killed by this new anti social behaviour that is ignored.
