Ignoring poverty and focussing on how worthy an individual is is the problem.

They don't have the time to genuinely check and they don't need to. They get away with simply not paying out and watching your life destroyed.

If you lose your home and become a tramp then they regard that as a mental illness. There are no tramps anywhere. They are getting treated at great expense by mental health for what was only a housing benefit related problem when they first contracted the illness.

They are just so full of BS.

We are expected to quietly hang ourselves.
