I use that path often from Orange Street to Whitney Ave. to catch the Yale shuttle, as do many people...it's even blocked off now! There's a nice church on one side of it and New Haven Lawn Club driveway on the other and it will be too BIG to fit in there. It's too gartantuous!

The minor concessions offered so far do not address the building's overpowering and inappropriate scale. A zoning change should not be granted until the design meets the standard of compatibility with all it's neighbors.
