Government has been encouraging Rakyat to use more recycling bag, which is good - but when plastic bag is inevitable, we are glad to use the "biodegradable" or softer plastic, assume it is better alternatives than the conventional plastic. However little did we know should the softer "biodegradable" plastic did not go into a proper composting site, its properties will be the same as any petro-based plastic in the landfill or oceans. All GO Green campaign and effort are going to waste since there is no education and information of plastic post-processing.

Here dear Dr. Xavier, this is my petition to build a centralized industrial composter to MOSTI, I'm not sure MOSTI is the right target, please enlighten me if you see this comment. Help me share around this petition too to create more awareness.
