Although he harmed himsel many times, he had not been hospitalized.
At last he had been sent to a county hospital instead of state facility, due to financial reasons.
There, he received no treatment and was about to be sent back to jail.
He managed to have access to shoe laces and he hange himself in the shower. He was 19.
