With very poor facilities and being of generally gloomy appearence (intimidating to the elderly?) I feel that this bus station is SHAMEFUL in comparison to many others around the country I have seen. The people of Yeovil DESERVE much better! I feel that he stations current state reflects badly upon the attitude of the local authorities.

In the dark evenings I felt unsafe and, even now, (13 years later!) it looks dark, depressing and like a very poor area. The Gorge Cafe is still dank, dull and really does not give a good first impression to the town. It really needs alot of investment to brighten the area up and provide better facilities - waiting room, better toilet facilities..bring it up to date with 2010.
