basically the roads named were damaged by heavy machines when the sewerage work was done .Town oversight should have insured that repair was done by the contractors.

I remember seeing this as one of our Regional Councilor (Richard Whitehead) programs when during election I received his pamphlet on the mail – Now is time to follow through on this promise!!

I fully agree the roads here are a disgrace and our friend came for a visit and hit one of the chunks of concrete in her oil pan. Pretty sad for a area whose taxes are as high as our are.

It is unbelievable how a town like Caledon can let 3 roads fall into such a horrible and unsafe condition for so many years. Where are our tax dollars going? Maybe city hall thinks the cobblestone streets are quaint! Do I need to start witholding my taxes or present the mayor with my shock absorber replacement bill. I guess a law suit from an injured child might wake up the works department which by the way isnt working.

The patch job is a joke! We have been here for 27 years and every road in Caledon has had attention in that time. Why can't we get this fixed?There are chunks of concrete everywhere and large hollow sections that may collapse.At least think of your snowplow blades that could snap on the raised sections if you don't care about our cars or kids on their bikes! DON'T WAIT ANY LONGER.
