This will ruin the morale of our troops by making them surrender and quit before the mission is done even though they are winning this war to keep us safe. It is surprising how high the morale is with this and other continueing votes in congress coupled with the naysayers and defeatists (H.Reed: We have lost this war) trying to undermine this war for political gain.
