The option also exists to include race tracks. Many of the signatures on the petition opposed to the sale seem to be focused on the history of the Action Track. Unfortunately, the ownership does not seem ready or able to operate this potion of the property well. It may just be time to move on.

They profit off the people enough as it is. If they want to do something for the fairgrounds why dont they donate money. I think they sure do have enough of it have you seen there house. Look at the hotel they built with our tax money the city gave them. Terre Haute has enough hotels you only see like four cars in the parking lot as is and thats the employees. Gee that hotel was a money maker.
