While we do not have the money to spend on a G-sync display, we end up buying monitors that support Freesync. Some of us switch to AMD cards after being used to Nvidia cards.
Some of us still have Nvidia cards and do not want to make the switch to AMD. Some of us have a Nvidia GPU and want to upgrade to another Nvidia GPU rather than AMD.
I do not see why Nvidia would not support Adaptive-Sync / Freesync since it is included in the VESA standard. I am sure Nvidia would not like to see its consumers ditch their product for another regardless what the other product is.
Everyone out there that wants Nvidia to support Freesync/Adaptive sync, please sign this petition!
Hopefully, Nvidia will see how beneficial this would be for their market share and our happiness.
