I would be more at ease as a citizen and tax payer that any actions with the law are recorded on camera rather than the words of a human holding a badge.
I feel that there is a lot more that goes on behind the scenes that a dash cam does not record; and that the law should be dealt with fairly no matter whom you’re related to, the color of your skin, who you know, or how your background may be.
I, the undersigned, call on the City of Scottsbluff enforce changes within the Scottsbluff Police Department to add cameras to their uniforms well on duty and to also educate the public about new law enforcement changes.
