Jesse McGowan has been attending Lakeland Regional High School for three consecutive years on good standing. Recently, Jesse was in a situation of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and consequently was asked to sign out of school in the middle of his senior year. As the school year progresses and we narrow down the days until graduation, Jesse is aware of all the student activities he will not be involved in, but it is his our plea that he be allowed to attend the 2003 Lakeland Regional High School Prom.
We request that: The Board of Education consider the terms on which Jesse McGowan stood upon before his leaving Lakeland Regional High School and consider the plea of the students to allow Jesse at the 2003 Prom.
