Skateboardng should be allowed in all public places since sometimes skateparks raise their prices and others cant get in then. Sometimes kids live too far, or their parents cant drive them everywhere. Public places should take down their "No skateboarding" signs. Places allow biking and rollerblading but not skateboarding? That seems very unfare. Allow Skateboarding in public places in the USA.
