We the people of the United States of America request a charter review of the Central Bank by the United States House Committee on Financial Services. We ask for provisions in this review.
We ask that any member of the committee holding personal stock or interests in The Central Bank and any of its investors be excluded from participating and making decisions in the review because of the possibility of "conflict of interest", with the rest of the nation.
We ask that the Glass Steagall Act Be reviewed as well since The very banks that are loaning to the reserve have a conflict of interest with special interest and campaign funding in the case of political candidates. We further request that there be a review of this policy and a mandatory time restraint be set for a candidate to accept these campaign contributions. That the time restraint be no longer than 18 months before the campaign as a legal time frame for accepting these campaign funds. We ask that a review of the Gramm -Leach-Bliley Act take place as well. We find this prudent being that many people attribute this act to contributing to the financial crisis.
We ask as a final measure to consider that Iceland is doing much better financially since They declared bankruptcy against the Central banking System and we ask the committee to declare bankruptcy against the Central Banking System, Perform a Charter review, and make Safe guards by implementing new laws that will prevent the new banks from making risky investments with the financial future of the People, of the United States of America. We remind the committee that The Central Bank itself is not a nation and is an entity that is subordinate to the nations.
As a corporation that now has the same rights as individuals in The United States of America , they fall under the same guidelines as having the same rights and Laws as individuals in The United states so they are subject to receiving the same legal actions such as an action like bankruptcy.
Since they have the same rights as individuals it is legal and prudent and imperative to declare Bankruptcy against them ... It is that time in this nations history when we must wipe the ledger clean and look towards a new tomorrow.
The Central Bank itself is not a nation and is an entity that is subordinate to the nations. As a corporation that now has the same rights as individuals in The United States of America, they fall under the same laws since they receive the same "Person Hood rights".
Since they have the same rights they are subject to the same laws as individuals in The United States, so they are subject to receiving the same legal actions such as actions like bankruptcy. Since they have the same rights as individuals, and since as a nation we are in a financial crisis, and our debt is too much for the American Citizens to endure, it is legal, prudent and imperative to declare Bankruptcy against The Central Bank.
It is that time in this Nation's history when we must wipe the ledger clean and look towards a new tomorrow.
We the Undersigned Support and Implore Bankruptcy against The Central bank.
