Caroline Dries and Greg Berlanti are developing "Batwoman" for the CW. Actor, Bex Taylor-Klaus has expressed interest in portraying the lesbian superhero, since she is both a lesbian and Jewish, like Kate Kane aka Batwoman
Bex Taylor-Klaus originally played Sin on CW's "Arrow", but that should not preclude her from this excellent role. Many stars, like Karen Gillan (Nebula, Guardians of the Galaxy), played a guest role as a different character on "Dr. Who" before becoming companion Amy Pond.
Bex Taylor-Klaus is athletic and currently studies Krav Maga. She is also a talented actor known for her roles as Bullet in "The Killing" and Audrey on Mtv's "Scream", and currently voices Pidge on Netflix's "Voltron: Legendary Defender". Bex also has two upcoming feature films, including "Hellfest" in September.
