Keele University has always had a strong international reputation and significant international student population while still maintaining a strong local mission. The International Ball has been identified as a key event in welcoming international students into Keele and encouraging the first steps of integration amongst new students. The removal of this ball has lead to the integration of the students to rely solely on the Christian Union chapel tea social and that simply does not cater to everyone.
We, the undersigned, call on the Keele University Student Services to bring back the Keele International Welcome Ball
