Build SUSS a new campus

Singapore University of Social Science should have a new campus for the following reasons:

1. To accommodate both the full time and part time students just like the upcoming new Singapore Institute of Technology campus in Punggol
2. Provide a second 'home' for the students where they need not squeeze and have to compete for spaces compared to the current campus - where there is one only block while the rest of the campus is under Singapore Institute Management University. Having a new campus, will definitely aid in easing the lack of space as well as enable current or prospective students to not just have a space to study, but it can also function as a second "home" for students to comfortably study in and function as a platform for social cohesion.
3. Given that it is Singapore 6th autonomous university, it highly warrants the prospect of having a new campus instead of just one small block allocated to it.
4. It is the only university to offer Human Resource Managment Full-time course with a faculty specifically created for it. So why not have the same mindset, to build Singapore University of Social Science a new campus as well?
5. It is also relatively difficult to access Singapore University of Social Science at the moment, since it is not situated in a centralized location like Singapore Management University nor does it have an enormous campus like National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University or Singapore University of Technology and Design which has in built halls that provides students with the luxury of not having to constantly travel back and forth and allow them to attend classes with ease (since it is situated within the school compound).
6. Cliché as it may sounds, but students will want to have a campus where they can associate too. For example, like “oh this is where I am studying in”. Similarly, this will help to improve the brand name as individuals wouldn't just associate SUSS as a university for part time courses, but in time, do come to realize that they do offer full-time courses uniquely to the institution such as Human Resource Management, Finance as well as a bachelor of Childhood in Education (which is very niche and specialised)
