I stand for a lot of people when I say we are absolutely fed up. The service, ridiculous cost and inefficiency is pathetic.
I tire of the money spent on marketing for Connex - the ads, the attempt to humanize themselves. I'm disgusted that in this day and age we are letting such an organisation get away with this utter contempt for their own customer.
We, the undersigned, call on the Government to take control of our Public Transport system.
