COVID 19 Test for All

Petition for more Covid19 tests in West Bengal.

West Bengal is performing very poorly so far Covid 19 testing is concerned. If you agree with the fact that lockdown alone can't resolve the crisis until more and more testing is done,

As per the some online portal, West Bengal is sitting on a Time Bomb due to lack of lowest Covid-19 test.

As per Govt. bulletin & Covid19 track (mobile app), the total confirmed Covid-19 case is 456 and the total test has conducted only 7037 in West Bengal where the total population is more than 9.8 Crores which means the percentage is only
0.00718% (below 1) and the count is less than any other states in India. .

As per NICED Director Shanta Dutta, “We are all waiting here to do the tests but the samples are not coming. It dropped to 20 last week. During the initial days of the outbreak, we got about 90-100 samples to test. We really do not know what is happening,”

Dr Arjun Dasgupta from the West Bengal Doctors Forum said, "If you suspect Covid and send the samples, they are routinely refused, there are times when the report returns after five days,”

Worse, services in at least four major government hospitals and two private facilities in Kolkata have been hit after doctors and nurses came into contact with patients who later tested positive And then, there are doctors who are unanimous that coronavirus deaths are not being fully reported, with only a state-appointed committee allowed to declare if a patient has died from Covid-19.

Hope, now you can feel the upcoming storm of Covid-19 if the situation will not improve. Without proper medical test & proper Medical Equipments for our respected Doctors & nurses, this lockdown will not improve our life.

সবচেয়ে খারাপ বিষয়, কলকাতায় কমপক্ষে চারটি বড় বড় সরকারী হাসপাতালে এবং দুটি বেসরকারী সুযোগ-সুবিধাগুলি চিকিত্সার পরে ডাক্তার ও নার্সদের রোগীদের সংস্পর্শে আসার পরে ধাক্কা খেয়েছে এবং তারপরে, এমন কোনও ডাক্তার আছেন যারা সর্বসম্মত যে করোন ভাইরাসের মৃত্যুর খবর পুরোপুরি প্রকাশিত হচ্ছে না, কোভিড -১৯ থেকে কোনও রোগী মারা গেছে কিনা তা কেবলমাত্র রাজ্য-নিযুক্ত কমিটি ঘোষণা করার অনুমতি দিয়েছিল।
