+The new road layout at Cubert crossroads has proven to be ineffective and dangerous.
+There has been no improvement in traffic flow out of the Cubert and St Newlyn East roads.
+The removal of the slip roads and the use of the grass verges has significantly reduced visibility.
+ Current signs and road markings are being ignored by some motorists who are using the right hand turning lanes to overtake at speed.
+ We have tried the cheapest solution, now we need the safest one before the next accident is a fatal one.
We, the undersigned, believe that a roundabout is now the only viable solution if the roads remain in their current location.
We call upon Cornwall Council to make immediate and effective changes.
