Telus Mobility blocks certain features on the cell phones they sell so that you are forced to pay for additional services. This is unethical and as a consumer I will not stand for it.

Telus also refuses to take responsibility for their phones. It is not normal for a store to sell a phone and then tell you to contact the manufacturer.

Telus' customer service is awful. The agents are rude and if you send a web complaint the time for a reply is unnacceptable.

If your phone is made to have a certain function, like mp3 ringtones for example, but you can't use it because Telus sells rigntones and wants to force you to buy them from them, this is not fair. Especially if you pay for a contract every month.

I hereby sign this petition, I am tired of Telus' unethical and otherwise bad business practices and am completely unsatisfied with their services.
