Demand for SELF LOVE, SELF CARE Lessons in All Australian Pre-Schools and Schools

Now is the time to take true responsibility to Teach and educate our children, the change makers of our future generations.

To truly Love and Accept themselves unconditionally so that they are not so heavily affected by our stereotyped media, let's bring a deep understand of all dynamic effect that this can have on their energetic, mental and physical health.

There is a greater need to solidifying our children's individual level of self love and care, rippling from this into our communities and out to the world. Internal health is way more important than fitness. Enough of eating disorder, depression and low self-esteem issues from such a young age. Its time to empower our children to discern for themselves rather taking on the unhealthy ideals and believes imposed upon us from early childhood.

We say we want the best four our children, but unfortunately we haven't been thought how to Self Love in a way that is practical and benefits our health and wellbeing. We want to change the WORLD and this starts from inside out. It is up to us to teach our children how to really LOVE and ACCEPT themselves unconditionally and strength or reconnect their natural ability to nurture and care we were all born with but have lost touch with our inner most natural essence.

Educating children from a very early age at school and home, pre school even better, with daily practical simple tools, techniques and exercises to build a strong foundation of self empowerment, care and love and therefore for others. Is the main key which will change the mindset of generations to come.
