Deny Application to Rezone Waterview Tract

We of the Parsippany-Troy Hills area and surrounding areas are opposed to rezoning the commercial land known as the Waterview Tract. We do not see any advantage for us the community to have the proposed development.

72 condos, 200,000 square feet of retail space, over 900 parking spaces squeezed into a residential community is bad planning when traffic, school over-crowding, water restrictions, light pollution, noise pollution, and nature preservation are already significant concerns. There is already too much vacant unused commercial space.

We petition you Mayor Barberio, the Planning Board and the Zoning Board, to deny the application. We value and appreciate your time protecting the Township's citizens, residents and taxpayers from the type of development that would diminish, devalue and eventually destroy what has been recognized as one of the Best Places to live in New Jersey and America.
