Community Management of Denham Springs, LA established a homeowner’s association for the Magnolia Springs community in Gulfport, MS. Some of the community members feel as though their voices were not heard in the creation of this association nor did they want an HOA.
The first meeting was held on November 8th, 2018, a weekday, which would be inconvenient for people who work until 5pm. This could have been scheduled for a weekend to maximize participation but it wasn’t.
The Magnolia Springs community residents would like to manage itself sans Community Management of Denham Springs, LA in favor of self-governance.
We, the undersigned, would like to dissolve the HOA ran by Community Management of Denham Springs, LA.
