The City of Binghamton has only one park where people can take their dogs to walk. They can not run and play with other dogs because it is not fenced and it is between a highway and a river. The City needs a place where people can take their dogs to run and play. To some of us our dogs are our children and they have rights to. There are playgrounds and parks for the kids to play so why shouldn't there be a park fot the dogs to play.
