Returning Officer for Douglas East is Mr Chris Cope who has confirmed that currently, there are no plans for an East Douglas Election hustings.
This petition is to show the candidates and the Returning Officer that the public wish to have a hustings meeting with all East Douglas candidates.
We require a hustings meeting to be arranged for members of the public to have the opportunity to hear and question potential candidates for the Douglas East By-Election on 27th May 2010.
