End the Tyranny

President Obama, George W. Bush and all previous Presidents have gradually eroded the exclusive power of Congress, by simply making orders that are unconstitutional.

Under the United States Constitution. Article 1 - Section 1 it states - "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."

Presidents have made Executive Orders that have sent this country into costly wars and created policies that either undermine the will of the people through their representatives or directly contradicted that will.

President Bush on July 3rd, 2002 single-handedly and unilaterally without any declarations of War made by Congress, Declared War on Afghanistan by citing a previous Executive Order signed by Bill Clinton declaring a National Emergency and building on previous Presidential powers usurpation made by his predecessor. The United States Constitution, under Article 1, Sec. 8, grants the Power of Declaring War solely to Congress.

These executive orders by Bush eventually led The United States to invade Iraq based on fraudulent information that Saddam Hussein possessed "Weapons of Mass Destruction" provided to the President by the CIA upon the request of such false information by Vice President Cheney and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.

These Tyrannical and unconstitutional executive orders made by this President has since cost the American taxpayer over three TRILLION dollars, cost the nation, the lives of more than 5,000 US Soldiers, and the loss of over one million innocent civilian lives in Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan and is still costing us billions more and thousands more lives and slowly causing the drift of the world into World War Three. Russian President Vladimir Putin is quoted as saying recently that he "Hopes that he will not have to use nuclear-tipped missiles in Syria".

Such are the costs of allowing decisions with global impact, even an impact that could end all life on this planet be left in the hands of men of such limited mental capacity and great moral decrepitude.

We are calling for an Amendment to the United States Constitution that would allow the People of the United States to take back their freedom and democratic institutions by placing any proposed executive orders on the ballot so that the American Voters can either endorse an action such as these or veto them, allowing for the People to control any further attempts to take tyrannical power into their own hands in direct detriment to the welfare and safety of this great country and the American people.
