After 16 years loyal service Ray, admittedly, made a silly mistake at work - not intentional, dishonest or malicious - and Royal Mail sack him under the umbrella of Gross Misconduct.
We want Royal Mail to know that this is not acceptable.
Ray is a much loved member of our community and we WANT him delivering our mail.
We the undersigned call on Royal Mail to reinstate Ray Powell with immediate effect.
