The Concord area is listed in the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin as having less than 2 service providers offering internet connection speeds
greater than 25 mbps download and 3 mbps upload. Because of this, grants are available for offsetting the cost of a service provider to install infrastructure to provide faster speeds. In addition, this petition is looking to gather signatures of people that want to sign up with an ISP for faster speeds. Through grant money and a pre-determined customer base in Concord, the goal is to make it financially viable to install faster internet access in the Concord area.
We, the undersigned, pledge to purchase said faster internet service and would be willing to enter into an agreement with the service provider when said service becomes available.
