Debido a los numerosos crímenes , de lesa humanidad, cometidos por el régimen de Fidel Castro contra los ciudadanos cubanos así como de otros paises y considerando las sistemáticas violaciones de la Carta Universal de los Derechos Humanos, de la cual Cuba es signataria y, la brutal represión a que son sometidos los opositores cubanos que dentro de la isla reclaman pacíficamente que les sean reintegrados sus derechos, es que hacemos la siguiente petición a la comunidad internacional.
Because of the numerous crimes against humanity committed by the regime of Fidel Castro against Cuban citizens and other countries and considering the systematic violations of the Universal Charter of Human Rights, which Cuba is a signatory, and the brutal repression of opponents are subjected to Cubans on the island claim they are reintegrated peacefully their rights, we make the following request to the international community.
Pedimos a la comunidad internacional que apoyen esta petición mediante la cual solicitamos que Fidel Castro Ruz sea procesado en la Corte Internacional de La Haya por todos los crímenes de lesa humanidad cometidos y que en la actualidad se cometen por su régimen a los ciudadanos que, pacíficamente, se oponen al mismo.
We ask the international community to support this request by requesting that Fidel Castro is processed in the International Court of The Hague for the crimes against humanity and is now committed by his regime to the citizens who peacefully oppose it.
