Stop the unelected, nepotistic and corrupt bullies in Wolbach who exist only to harrass the citizens. As they have ignored our concerns about the states of the streets, the dirty water sickening us with e-coli and arsenic, the misuse of an air raid siren to mark the time, the different fees charged to their friends and family for city services ("discounts" at varying random rates), the misuse of the local Sherriff's office to terrorize residents about local civil ordinances which are in no way a police matter but purely civil, and the sheer disregard for anything other than tyrannical power over the few people who live here, I am petitioning for the immediate dissolution of the Village of Wolbach and the disbursement of city funds to those who paid them, the residents of Wolbach, naturally excluding those who have misused their positions of authority.
We, the undersigned, call for the immediate legal dissolution of the Village of Wolbach, located in the county of Greeley, state of Nebraska.
We furthermore require that no one currently serving in a position of trust or authority in Wolbach be allowed to hold any other position of trust or authority in perpetuity, regardless of location or time distance from these proceedings.
